I’ve coached individuals and teams from the private sector, humanitarian and development fields across more than 25 countries, including women leaders from the Global South, navigating diverse cultural, organizational, and political landscapes.

Whether working with senior executives, humanitarian leaders, or early-career professionals, my focus is the same—I care about the person, not the title.

Packages are typically 8 one-on-one sessions (weekly or biweekly, 45 minutes long), held online (camera optional) or in person. We’ll also create a coaching contract that reflects our mutual commitment to the process.

Coaching is an unregulated industry, but I’ve chosen to pursue rigorous training, ethics, and standards through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I will support you via WhatsApp between sessions when you have questions, need that extra nudge or to celebrate your success!
